The LOU2-1.5T features a 3 Inch diameter multi-power cylinder with 1.5 tons of molding force. Its has a shot size of approximately 2-2.5 cubic inches depending on the setup of the two heater coils. The molder has a programmable controller that can be setup using an Android Device-NFC, PC (Modbus), or manually using panel buttons. The controller features the operation of two independent heater coils for heat profiling the barrel. The controller can also be setup to have programmable hold times for injecting. It also has the ability to operate a electronic regulator for setting injection pressure and also timed reduction pressure after injection for profecting part aperance. Can be operates on 110VAC or 220VAC, note the heater coils need to matched to desired AC voltage used when ordered.
Molder is also shipped with one blank aluminium mold base to make your first part.
