LOU2 Machines

LOU2 is a semi automatic pneumatic injection mold machine. The LOU2-63 model comes with a 63mm 100mm stroke cylinder which produces 725 lb. of injection force. The LOU2-1.5T version features a 3 Inch diameter multi-power cylinder with 1.5 tons of injection force and programmable injection controller. Both versions feature a shot size approximately 2-3.5 cubic inches depending on the barrel load and number and power of the heaters operated. Both versions can be operated on 110VAC or 220VAC. Note the heater coils need to matched to desired AC voltage used. For the DIY person LOU2-63 can be purchased in a 3D CAD file that someone can use to make and build there own machine.
